Cancellation Policy: Customers will receive a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice will incur a $25 per person fee. Helicopter tickets can only be refunded if given 48 hours’ notice. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
